The vision
Close enough for the town. Deep enough for the forest.
LIMEHOUSE is a vision of roughly 300 hectares across the hills of Jacó and neighboring Playa Hermosa, on Costa Rica’s Central Pacific coast.
On the Jacó side, the offering is land: forested hillside with views toward the ocean and the town. The idea is simple — keep the forest close, and keep Jacó’s beach, restaurants and surf within reach. How close depends on the parcel.
Some parcels within the wider area belong to other owners and are not offered here.
